    Every clinical decision sits with the clinician closest to the patient. No administrative override. Our CEO is a practising internist.

  • Long appointments, by policy

    Minimum 30 minutes for follow ups, 60 for new consultations. We measure quality, not throughput, and our compensation reflects that.

  • Research time, protected

    Up to 20 percent protected time for clinical research, teaching, or service work. Funded equally for everyone, regardless of seniority.

  • Community first

    Two paid days a year for community medicine. A sliding scale clinic in every campus. We were founded on this, and we still mean it.

Offer

A written offer with full compensation, benefits, and start date. We allow two weeks to decide, no pressure tactics, and we expect you to negotiate.
